Wir bieten am Bayreuther Standort kostenlosen Rechtsrat für Studierende der Universität Bayreuth, der Hochschule für evangelische Kirchenmusik Bayreuth sowie Schülerinnen und Schüler der Bayreuther Berufsschulen. Das Beratungsspektrum reicht dabei von der Konfliktlösung mit dem Vermieter bis hin zu Fragestellungen im Zusammenhang mit Start Up-Unternehmen. Details zu unserer Beratungspraxis finden Sie hier.
Eine hohe Beratungsqualität wird insbesondere durch unsere enge Zusammenarbeit mit engagierten, praktizierenden Rechtsanwälten aus Bayreuth und Umgebung sowie regelmäßige Qualifizierungsseminare für unsere studentischen Berater sichergestellt.

Why you should become a consultant
Volunteering at Law&Legal Bayreuth offers the unique opportunity to gain experience with consultancy practice during your studies and to apply the theoretical knowledge you have acquired so far to a real case. In doing so, the consultants do good by helping their fellow students with free legal advice while also training their legal thinking outside their usual studies.
In addition, our members are regularly trained by professors and attorneys in internal workshops, especially in areas of law that are particularly relevant to advising, which can also be beneficial for your exam preparation.

Application requirements
Eine vollständige Bewerbung besteht aus einem Motivationsschreiben, einem tabellarischen Lebenslauf sowie Deiner Leistungsübersicht. Du kannst Dich ab dem Bestehen der Zwischenprüfungen bei uns per E-Mail unter bewerben.
Students of the LLB programs of the University of Bayreuth (Law and Business, German French Dual bachelor's degree in law, German-Spanish Dual Bachelor’s Degree in Law) are also welcome to join the association as consultants, as soon as they have passed the corresponding examinations of the intermediate exams from their law studies. This specifically means passing one basic subject, as well as one written exam each in civil law, criminal law, and public law.
